Calls Outside of  Always Care Office Hours (M-F 9A-5P ET) {Closed Noon -1PM for Lunch & Training}

EXISTING CLIENTS Calls: Always Care has a Nurse On-Call 24/7 for Client Care Concerns (On-Call Nurse Supervisor) outside of for existing Clients and Employees Care and concerns. (Please - No Job Applicants Calls!)

NEW CLIENT CALLS: The On-Call Nurse - can accept (Intake) - New Clients when the office is closed, if the call is received before 9  PM. or after 5 Am the following morning for care needed the following day.

For NEW Client Services request, after 9 PM daily - the message will be held by the Answering Service and passed to Always Care as follows:

For any Private Duty in a Facility for 7A the next morning; the message will be held by the answering service and passed at 5 AM or as soon as possible thereafter. Also soon after that time the On-Call Nurse will contact you to confirm the order.

For any Future Care;  Message will be held and relayed to the On-Call Nurse or Office Staff at 9 AM the next day.

We regret if this is not convenient for you - however for the safety of our care giver employees, we do not send them out in the middle of the night to a NEW case, except to a Facility! However, our 40+ years of experience has shown that we can not contact our sleeping care-givers between those hours with any degree of success.  We know that you will understand.
