A Nurse Supervisor is Always On-Call during non office hours, for our Clients, New Clients, and Assistance if needed by our assigned Care Givers.
We do ask that you do not attempt to discuss - Administrative, Billing, or Payroll issues with the On-Call Nurse, who will not have access to this type of information. The On-Call Nurse, must give priority to Client Satisfaction, Quality of Care, and if needed, Care Giver Assistance issues.
