GENERAL: The Always-Care main office is located in the BUCKHEAD/LENOX SQUARE AREA of Atlanta, at 3021 Piedmont Road NE Atlanta GA 30305, at the intersection of PIEDMONT and PHARR Roads, on the EAST SIDE of Piedmont Road in an OFFICE CONDO COMPLEX called “PIEDMONT COMMONS”. Pharr Road, Dead- Ends into Piedmont Rd. at our Complex Entrance. Directly across the street from our complex on the West Side is a BP GAS STATION and a WAFFLE HOUSE. Parking is FREE!

SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS FROM YOUR AREA:

From I85 North, Traveling South: – Take EXIT #88. Right on LENOX ROAD, get in the Leftt Hand Turn Lane, Turn Left on Buford Highway, get in Right Lane, and bear to right onto SIDNEY MARCUS ROAD, and follow to PIEDMONT Road, turn RIGHT on PIEDMONT RD going North about 1/2 mile. ALWAYS-CARE is on the RIGHT (East) side of Piedmont in the PIEDMONT COMMONS Office Complex, It is the SECOND GROUP of Brick Office Condo Buildings on Piedmont, on your right, which is surrounded by a Wrought Iron & Brick Fence, at Pharr Rd. (BP Gas Station on Left/West Corner). At Pharr Road, turn Right into Piedmont Commons, then turn Left to 3021.

From I85 South, Traveling North: Take I85 N to 400 North and get off at the first EXIT to Right for the Lenox Road. Then Turn Left onto Lenox Road to Piedmont Rd. Turn Left onto PIEDMONT RD going SOUTH, to Peachtree Road, Turn Right onto Peachtree Road, and get into Left Lane. Go 1 Block (next traffic Light) and turn Left onto Maple. Go until it dead ends and Turn Left on Pharr Road. Get into the Center Lane, and cross Piedmont into the Piedmont Commons Complex Entrance, then turn Left to 3021. . (See Caution Statement at end)

From 400 NORTH, Traveling South: Take 1st Exit after Toll Booth, and turn Right, to Piedmont Road Turn Left on Piedmont, going SOUTH, to Peachtree Road, Turn Right onto Peachtree Road, and get into Left Lane. Go 1 Block (next traffic Light) and turn Left onto Maple. Go until it dead ends and Turn Left on Pharr Road. Get into the Center Lane, and cross Piedmont into the Piedmont Commons Complex Entrance, then turn Left to 3021.

From Peachtree Rd. South, Traveling North: Go North to Buckhead Area. Turn Right on Pharr Road, {If you get to the Buckhead Peachtree/Roswell Roads Split, at East/West Paces Ferry Roads, you went too far.} When it becomes 3 lanes. Get in Center Lane, and cross Piedmont into the Piedmont Commons Complex Entrance, Left to 3021.

From Roswell Rd. North, Traveling South: Don’t turn onto Piedmont Road at the fork, , continue on Roswell Road South to the Buckhead Area, through the Buckhead Split at Roswell/Peachtree Roads, and continue straight across West/East Paces Ferry Road, which becomes Peachtree Road. Get in the Left lane, and go two Traffic Lights. Turn Left onto Pharr Road and when it becomes 3 lanes, get in Center Lane, and cross Piedmont into the Piedmont Commons Complex Entrance, turn Left to 3021.

From I75 North, Traveling South: Exit at West Paces Ferry Exit to Right, and Turn Left onto East Paces Ferry Road. Go East to Buckhead, on East Paces Ferry Road to Peachtree Road in Buckhead. Turn Right (South) on Peachtree Road, to 2nd Traffic Light. Be in the Left hand lane, and Turn Left on Pharr Road. When Pharr road becomes 3 lanes, stay in Center Lane, and cross Piedmont into the Piedmont Commons Complex Entrance, turn Left to 3021.

From Peachtree North, Traveling South (or from Piedmont Road North Traveling South) From Peachtree Road going South, Turn Left onto Piedmont Road going South, get into Right Lane and go South for about 1/3 mile, to 1st Traffic Light, turn Right onto East Paces Road, and Go 1 Block (next traffic Light) and turn Left onto Maple. Go until it dead ends and Turn Left on Pharr Road. Get into the Center Lane, and cross Piedmont into the Piedmont Commons Complex Entrance, then turn Left to 3021. (See Caution Statement at end)

Caution Statement: WE HAVE NOT NECESSARILY GIVEN YOU THE SHORTEST WAY, if you look at a Map. BUT we have given you WHAT WE FEEL IS THE SAFEST WAY TO OUR OFFICE. We do not recommend turning Left into Piedmont Commons when coming from the North, and traveling South on Piedmont Rd. The reason is because there are 3 northbound lanes on Piedmont Rd. and because of the way the road curves at the Piedmont Commons Entrance, if you are trying to turn Left from Southbound Piedmont into the Piedmont Commons Entrance. YOU CAN NOT SEE THE ALL OF THE LANES OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC, UNTIL …………. IT IS TOO LATE!   Use the route described in the directions which uses Maple Dr. and “Arrive Alive”
