We’d like to tell you more about our company and what makes it distinctive! We’re a small family held firm, locally owned and locally managed, in a field that is increasingly becoming ruled by Health Care Conglomerates. We don’t have public shareholders looking over our shoulder, demanding short-term profits at the expense of providing Quality Care, ethical management practices, and square dealing with our clients and employees..

Our primary responsibility is to our clients, which is expressed by our corporate mission statement as “Taking Care Of Yours … As If They Were Ours” ® It is the secret to our success, and survival for more than 3 decades (Since 1974). We feel honored that thousands of Georgians have placed their trust in us, some for a just little care, and some for care over many years. WE PROVIDE THAT! - by our:

  • Personal Case Assistants - for Hands On - Assistance with activities of daily living.

Or by our Non Medical Caregivers:

  • Home Managers
  • Companion/Sitters
  • Mothers Helpers
  • Well Baby Sitters

They assist in the home, providing that "little bit" of extra help. As needed - When needed. Part Time or Full Time, either Hourly or Live-In. Our Nurse supervisors carefully assess the specific needs of each individual client and custom match our employees skills to fit.

All Always Care Caregivers sent into clients homes are Bonded & Insured, Always Care EMPLOYEES! Each of whom, has been screened the same as our Personal Care Aides, and Nurses, including Criminal Records & Reference Checks, and Drug Testing. We do not use independent contractors, thus we handle all of the Payroll, Taxes and Record Keeping.

Also, our employees are Nurse Supervised by visits to the home! Is it required that a Nurse - supervise non hands on care? No - but all of the Always Care Supervisors, are NURSES and one is always ON-CALL (24/7).

And based on our experiences, - SINCE 1974, we know, that a person who needs "just a little help now", has a good chance of needing " a little more help in the future ".

Thus having NURSE oversight, will assist in identifying any changes and potentially unsafe, or other conditions, which may go unnoticed by others, which if properly identified early can be addressed properly.
