Licensed Nurses (LPN’s/RN’s) normally work by the hour, in private residences, and in facilities as Private Duty Nurses, for critical and/or post-operative patients. Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) may also provide Private Duty Assistance for a Patient in a Facility, such as Assisted Living, Personal Care and Nursing Homes and Hospitals. She/he may assist the geriatric, convalescent, or post-operative patient according to the patient/family wishes. PCA's work by the hour in facilities.

Our Care Givers (Employees)
All Always Care Nursing Service care givers are W-2 Employees of Always Care. We do not use independent contractors, where the client is responsible for the worker. Always Care handles all employee, with holds and pays payroll, taxes and bills on a weekly basis Each employee is n Criminal Records Checked, Reference Checked, n Bonded, n Insured, and n Nurse Supervised. We have a Full Time RN’s and LPN’s on Staff, and a n Nurse Supervisor is Always On-Call after office hours. Each employee is n Drug Screened before hire, and must participate in a random testing program. n Always Care is a Georgia Certified Drug Free Workplace.

Physical Therapy (Always-Care Physical Therapy Inc.)
Always-Care Physical Therapy Inc. (ACPT) Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) services, - In-Home and In Facilities on a one to one basis with the client. Physical Therapy Services Require a Physicians Order. All Therapists are independent contractors who register and contract with ACPT for specific case assignments including Scheduling, Therapy Coordination, Accounts Receivables, plus Weekly Billing and Remittance Services. Each therapist carries malpractice insurance.
