PATIENT CARE IS OUR MAIN CONCERN. You come first. At Always-Care, we care for the total patient. We meet his or her physical and emotional needs in a thoroughly professional, competent manner, with genuine compassion. Care in the home or facility must go beyond the patient’s immediate needs. Every member of a family is affected by the prolonged illness, convalescence, aging, or the arrival of a new baby. Everyday household routines are disturbed and there is a tremendous amount of stress which must be shared and managed.
PERSONALIZED PATIENT CARE SERVICES play a key role in meeting vital health needs and easing the burdens of patient and family. Always-Care Nurse Supervisors and staff work with the Client/Patient, Family and/or Physician to be flexible in our schedules to intermix the provision of our services with other services (such as Medicare) to best serve the individual needs of the client, in order to maximize care in a cost effective manner. Fees vary with services provided on a fee-for-service or Third Party Health or Private Health/Long Term Care or Workers Compensation Insurance. We also accept most major credit cards.
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL BENEFITS OF BEING AT HOME in a familiar environment of family, friends, and belongings are immeasurable. Remaining in the home is of the greatest importance to an individual. Additionally the cost of institutional care and worry for the patient and family are greatly relieved when the patient is at home.
NURSE SUPERVISION: An Always-Care Nurse Supervisor visits all home care clients, initially and routinely during the care provided, the frequency of which depends on the Level of the Care Provided, normally at no additional charge. When our Nurse Supervisor makes a home visit, one of the things included is a In-Home Safety, Medical Equipment and Supplies Evaluation. For a copy of our form CLICK HERE. OUR CARE GIVERS (EMPLOYEES): All Always Care Nursing Service care givers are W-2 Employees of Always Care. We do not use independent contractors, where the client is responsible for the worker. Always Care handles all employee, withholds and pays payroll taxes and bills on a weekly basis. Each employee is Drug Screened,Criminal Records Checked, Reference Checked, Bonded, Insured, and Nurse Supervised. We have Full Time RN’s and LPN’s on Staff, and a Nurse Supervisor is Always On-Call after office hours. Each employee is Drug Screened before hire, and must participate in a random testing program. Always Care is a Georgia Certified Drug Free Workplace.
